So with the New Year now well underway, it’s about time we revealed the newest addition to our freestanding cooker range, which boasts a huge range of enhancements over conventional freestanding cookers.

The new Belling FSE60MF is a 60cm electric freestanding cooker with a difference. It not only features a grill in both cavities, but also has a multifunction oven in the main cavity as well. There are 9 functions to choose from to give students maximum control, ensuring each dish is cooked to perfection every time!

The fanned cooking function will enable students to cook several of the same dish simultaneously, as the temperate will remain the same throughout the cavity. Whereas, the conventional cooking function allows heat to rise, meaning the top of the oven is hotter than the bottom, ideal for cooking different dishes at once. Whether students need to cook the bottom of a flan without drying the topping or brown foods such as cauliflower cheese, the base heat only and top heat only functions help to create the perfect cooking environment to ensure great results.

But that’s not all. The easy-clean, ceramic hob includes a large dual zone element. This energy saving feature means students can use the whole element for a larger pan or the inner element if using a smaller pan or for simmering. Extra features such as a fully programmable timer, easy-clean enamel and an AA energy efficiency rating means the Belling FSE60MF cooker really is the perfect appliance for school kitchens!
